Ask a Superhost
In November, 2021, Airbnb launched a brand new feature on the platform. “Ask a Superhost” is a new button where potential hosts can chat live with an experienced host. That experienced “Superhost” can answer any and all questions the potential host might have. “If I host, where might I store all my personal items?” “If I host, how do I find cleaners to keep my listing / home clean?” and so on…
The launch of the new feature was accompanied by a large marketing campaign complete with social (FB and IG in feed, Reels and IG stories) Youtube OLV, and HTML5 Display Banners.
Films
All films were delivered for USA, Canada, UK, Australia and French markets. Each of these assets was formatted for OLV, Social and HTML5 Banners.
